Return/Cancellation Policy

All items are made to order and are considered custom. As such, returns or exchanges are not available. All sales are final.

Cancellations cannot be made once an item has been started. My queue can vary, my workshop time can vary, and it is possible that I may start crafting items immediately after an order has been placed. Therefore, cancellations typically cannot be made. In a rare circumstance where a cancellation is accepted, a 5% fee will be incurred. This covers the payment processing fee (non-refundable cost on my end) and my time to process the cancellation and adjust webstore inventory.
